The Ting Apartments is owned by Mei Chu (Jessica) and Kuang Chuang (Steve) Ting of Westminster, CO, and is supervised by Ashton Porter, the on-site manager. Our apartment complex is a non-smokers only building and offers the following short- and long-term rentals  when available:

1 - one-bedroom/studio with kitchen and full bath
1 - studio with full kitchen and 3/4 bath
2 - two-bedroom units with kitchen and 3/4 bath
1- Unfurnished month-to-month private, single-occupancy bedroom rental: shared bathroom
3- Partially-furnished, month-to-month private, single-occupancy bedroom rentals: shared bathroom

There is a coin-operated washer & dryer on-site. Most rentals are cable-ready. Satellite dishes are not allowed.
The upper rentals are stair access only; there is no elevator in this building.

Utilities for all rentals cover the following:
Water
Electric
Forced air heat
Evaporative Cooling
Trash pick up

The following is the responsibility of the tenant:
Cable
TV
Phone
Internet

All rentals require first/last/deposit.

All prospective renters are required to fill out an on-line rental application, a background check application (fees apply), and provide reference and a copy of current and up-to-date Photo I.D. in COLOR (black & white copies will not be accepted and will make the rental application null and void)

Apartment rentals require a 6-month lease, which may be paid monthly or all at once at the time of the lease signing.

Private, single-occupancy bedrooms, are rented out on a month-to-month lease and share a 3/4 bath, located at the rear of the upstairs hallway.

The private bedrooms have no kitchen facilities; microwave cooking is the only type of cooking allowed.

There are no closets or storage spaces, and due to the close proximity of each room, visitors are not allowed to stay overnight.
